TORQ Energy Gel Strawberry Yoghurt provides 29g of carbohydrate and 115 calories in a 45g gel. It uses TORQ's 2:1 maltodextrin to fructose carbohydrate blend and contains five electrolytes, including 49mg sodium.

Strawberry Yoghurt combines strawberry with a yoghurt-style flavour and is caffeine-free. Its light, smooth consistency means it can be consumed without taking water at the same time, while the long, narrow packet is easy to carry and handle on the move.

No problem with the accuracy of the flavour but I found it did leave a rather unpleasant after-taste. Maybe a bit too yoghurty?

These gels are fantastic and very tasty. They're not too thick like some gels, but also not sticky and syrupy like some others that I have used. Delivery was fantastic with items arriving the following day. Fantastic service as ever.
