TORQ Energy Gel Forest Fruits provides 28g of carbohydrate and 113 calories in a 45g gel. It uses TORQ's 2:1 maltodextrin to fructose carbohydrate blend and contains five electrolytes, including 49mg sodium.

Forest Fruits combines raspberry, blackcurrant, blackberry and blueberry flavours and contains 89mg caffeine from guarana. Its light, smooth consistency means it can be consumed without taking water at the same time, while the long, narrow packet is easy to carry and handle on the move.

These energy gels have a great taste and good texture (not that thick) and the little extra boost from the guarana is always nice on the large run days or during a ultra.
