TORQ Energy Gel Banoffee provides 28g of carbohydrate and 114 calories in a 45g gel. It uses TORQ's 2:1 maltodextrin to fructose carbohydrate blend and contains five electrolytes, including 49mg sodium.

Banoffee combines banana and toffee flavours and contains 89mg caffeine from guarana. Its light, smooth consistency means it can be consumed without taking water at the same time, while the long, narrow packet is easy to carry and handle on the move.

89mg caffeine: Cola Caffeine, Forest Fruits and Caramel Latte.
Caffeine-free: Orange & Banana, Strawberry Yoghurt, Black Cherry Yoghurt, Rhubarb & Custard, Raspberry Ripple, Apple Crumble, Lemon Drizzle, Cherry Bakewell and Naked Flavourless.

Tried "GU ESPRESSO LOVE Energy Gels" and "Clif Shot Energy Gels : DOUBLE EXPRESSO" as well but found that flavour, texture and the "caffeine kick" from the Banoffee gel from Torq was by far the best. I will definitely buy more, it was delicious!
