TORQ Energy Gel Apple Crumble provides 29g of carbohydrate and 114 calories in a 45g gel. It uses TORQ's 2:1 maltodextrin to fructose carbohydrate blend and contains five electrolytes, including 49mg sodium.

Apple Crumble has a sweet apple dessert-style flavour and is caffeine-free. Its light, smooth consistency means it can be consumed without taking water at the same time, while the long, narrow packet is easy to carry and handle on the move.

I don't know how Torq manage to get all their gels to taste like the flavour they are meant to be - I swear this even had an essence of buttery crumble topping! Went down well. Will buy again.
