TORQ Energy Gel Naked Flavourless provides 29g of carbohydrate and 114 calories in a 45g gel. It uses TORQ's 2:1 maltodextrin to fructose carbohydrate blend, but unlike the other TORQ Energy Gels, contains no added electrolytes to maintain its neutral flavour.

Naked is unflavoured and caffeine-free, making it the simplest option in the TORQ gel range for runners who do not want another sweet or strongly flavoured gel. Its light, smooth consistency means it can be consumed without taking water at the same time, while the long, narrow packet is easy to carry and handle on the move.
