Ultramarathon Running Store will do everything we can to ensure as fast and efficient delivery as possible.

We try to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. All Next Working Day and Saturday delivery orders placed before 12pm midday Monday to Friday will be dispatched that same day. Orders placed after 12pm midday will be dispatched the next working day. For example, if you place your order after 12pm midday on a Friday or over the weekend, we will dispatch it the following Monday. An email order confirmation will be sent to you and then a separate email confirmation when your order is dispatched. Should there be any difficulty with your order dispatch, we will contact you.

These delivery options apply to orders sent to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Highlands, Shetlands, Orkney Islands, Sark, Herm and BFPO addresses.

Latest recommended order date for delivery by Christmas, factoring in Royal Mail strike action days, is 12pm midday Monday 18th December 2023 selecting Second Class or Free Delivery, 12pm midday Tuesday 19th December selecting First Class, 12pm midday Thursday 21st December selecting Next Working Day, or 12pm Midday Friday 22nd December selecting Saturday Next Working Day. Orders placed after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery by Christmas.

INTERNATIONAL

Terms of Sale (Incoterms) - DAP (Delivered at Place)

The seller arranges the shipping, insurance and export declaration; all sales are zero-rated for VAT at the point of sale. The buyer/recipient arranges the import customs declaration and is responsible to pay any import customs duties and VAT.

We deliver across Africa, Europe, Asia, North America, South America and Oceania. All packages are shipped by Royal Mail, except DHL Worldwide Express. Note Royal Mail's international delivery partners for each country are listed here.

We try to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. All international Tracked by Royal Mail orders placed before 12pm midday Monday to Friday will be dispatched that same day. Orders placed after 12pm midday will be dispatched the next working day. For example, if you place your order after 12pm midday on a Friday or over the weekend, we will dispatch it the following Monday. DHL Worldwide Express orders received by 10:30am (UK time) will be dispatched that same day. An email order confirmation will be sent to you and then a separate email confirmation when your order is dispatched . Should there be any difficulty with your order dispatch, we will contact you.

INTERNATIONAL CHRISTMAS DELIVERY 2023

Latest recommended order date for delivery by Christmas is 12pm Midday Monday 6th December 2023 (we suggest choosing a Tracked service). Orders placed after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery by Christmas.


FREE RETURNS


Ultramarathon Running Store understands that sometimes you'll need to return items to us and we've made this easy, fast and simple. Our no quibbles returns policy means that if you're not 100% happy with any item we send to you, we will happily exchange or refund it for you. When you receive your item you have up to 100 days to change your mind and send it back to us using the Free UK Tracked returns Label enclosed in your original package. Note international customers are responsible for covering the return postage cost.


We will Exchange or Refund all items which are:
  • returned to us within 100 days of receipt.
  • returned to us unused, undamaged, clean and in perfect condition, with the original packaging and with the labels attached.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

HOW TO RETURN

STEP 1

Email us on [email protected] or use the Contact Us form or Live Chat to let us know you are intending to return an item, ideally including your Order number within the message.


STEP 2

Enclose a copy of your invoice inside the package (or your order number on a note), letting us know what action you would prefer us to take, i.e. Refund, Exchange (swap for a different size or colour) or Store Credit (so you could Login and purchase a different item separately). This will help us to ensure we process your return quickly and efficiently.


STEP 3
Wrap securely, taking care not to damage the product packaging, apply the Free UK Tracked Returns Label (enclosed in your original package) and drop off at a Royal Mail Delivery Office, Parcel Postbox or Post Office.

EXCHANGES

  • Remember to include the product name/code, size and colour of your required replacements.
  • We will dispatch the exchange item(s) postage free to UK and Worldwide addresses.
  • We will process your exchange as quickly as we can and subject to stock availability, aim to dispatch your replacements within 24-48 hours of receiving your return.
  • There may be slight delays during busy periods.

REFUNDS

  • We will refund your item via your original payment method.
  • We try our best to process all refunds within 24-48 hours of receipt, however during busy periods allow 7 working days for your refund.
  • When we have completed your refund, we will send you an email to let you know.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • If you find a fault with your item, send it back to us and we will take a look at it as soon as we can. If we find a manufacturing fault, we will happily replace or refund it.
  • Faulty items should be returned within a reasonable time and preferably in a clean and dry condition.
  • Please enclose all your details and a covering note explaining the fault and any other useful details.
  • We will try to get back to you within 24-48 hours of receipt of your parcel, although during busy periods this may take slightly longer.
  • Where a fault is found, we will refund your reasonable return postage costs.
  • Occasionally, if we are struggling to locate a fault, we may request a second opinion from the product manufacturer.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind and decide not to go ahead with your order, you can cancel it. To cancel your order before dispatch, we recommend that you contact us by Email as soon as you can after placing your order, and we will do our best to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order after dispatch, you will need to wait until you receive your order and then follow the Returns procedure.
