The Human 20 2.0 retains its basic shape as you drink, giving a more consistent feel in the hand than a fully collapsible soft flask. Its softer LDPE construction still allows the bottle to be squeezed when drinking.
Unlike the Iso Pocket, the Iso Versa positions the bottle farther back towards the wrist and provides several hand positions rather than combining the bottle with a storage pocket. The dual-sided retention system can be adjusted to suit either hand.
For running with trekking poles, the handheld can be pushed farther up the wrist or arm to free more of the hand. The best position will depend on hand size, pole use and personal preference, so adjust and test the setup in training before relying on it for a race.
