The UltrAspire F250 2.0 combines the 250ml Formula 250 silicone flask with a lightweight XT Mesh hand strap, creating a compact handheld for concentrated nutrition, gels and food mixtures as well as water or hydration drink.

The Formula 250 has a soft, squeezable silicone body and a large-flow flip-top opening, making it particularly useful for thicker mixtures that can be awkward to dispense from a conventional soft flask. Its rounded seamless shape helps squeeze the contents towards the opening, while the XT Mesh strap secures the bottle comfortably against the hand.

Easy to hold and run with for a half marathon distance. Just be careful not to tip it down you. I am so used to a non return valve. I like that it isn't as you get more drink each time, but I forgot. I would definitely recommend this to someone needing a hand held bottle. The strap is adjustable and comfortable and the bottles easy to hold on your palm or top of of the hand.
