The Human 20 2.0 retains its basic shape as you drink, giving a more consistent feel in the hand than a fully collapsible soft flask. Its softer LDPE construction still allows the bottle to be squeezed when drinking.

Adjust the single-cord compression system until the handheld feels secure without being excessively tight. The retention system takes much of the load of holding the bottle, reducing the need to maintain a firm grip throughout a run.

The 600ml capacity is slightly greater than the 550ml UltrAspire handhelds. The expanding pocket also makes the Iso Pocket particularly useful when you want to carry a small amount of nutrition or another essential with your hydration.
