The Inov-8 Ultraflask 0.5 soft flask with twist-lockable cap is designed to hold up to 500ml of water or gels without unwanted leaks or spills. Simply remove all of the air to remove bounce. Squeeze to drink / eat contents. Once water / gels have been consumed the flexible flask can be compressed down in size.
