Remove excess air before running if you want to minimise fluid movement and sloshing. As the flask empties, its flexible body collapses rather than retaining the volume of a rigid bottle, making it easier to pack away when no longer needed.

The flask can be frozen and can also be filled with hot water up to 60°C / 140°F.
