A compact 150ml soft flask for carrying thicker energy gels and concentrated nutrition while running. It holds around five standard servings of gel, giving you one refillable container instead of carrying several individual sachets.

The 28mm opening makes the flask straightforward to fill with gel or nutrition, while the high-flow valve allows thicker contents to be squeezed directly into your mouth. A locking cover helps keep the valve protected and reduces the chance of sticky residue getting onto clothing or other equipment.

The flexible TPU body collapses as the contents are used, so it takes up progressively less pocket space and packs down very small when empty.

The Body Bottle 150 G is designed for carrying thicker energy gels and concentrated nutrition rather than drinking water or other normal hydration fluids. Its small size makes it easy to carry in a vest, waist pack, shorts or other accessible pocket.

For thicker gels and nutrition, make sure the flask and valve are cleaned thoroughly after use. The flexible body can be squeezed and rinsed repeatedly, and the flask can also be frozen or used with hot water up to 60°C / 140°F.

can carry 6 gels in 2 flasks in side pockets of tights. very easy to use and see how much gel left. much less mess than taking gel from packets.
