Inov-8 Soft Flask 0.25L

A compact 250ml running soft flask for carrying water, electrolyte or carbohydrate drinks, or energy gels in a race vest, running backpack or waist pack. Its smaller capacity makes it useful where a full 500ml flask is unnecessary or where you want to carry a separate concentrated drink or nutrition mix.

The flexible TPU body compresses as you drink and can be squeezed to remove excess air before running, helping reduce fluid movement and sloshing. When empty, it packs down small for easy storage.

For more capacity, the Inov-8 Soft Flask 0.5L Locking Cap holds 500ml and adds a twist-locking closure.

Use & Care

The 250ml size works well for smaller fluid quantities, concentrated drink mixes or gels, and can be carried alongside larger hydration flasks where you want to keep nutrition separate.

The flask can be frozen and used with contents up to 60°C / 140°F. Hand wash with warm water and washing-up liquid, or place it on the top rack of a dishwasher.
