GU Roctane Energy Drink Mix Grape is a carbohydrate, electrolyte and amino acid drink powder for fuelling and hydration during running. Each single-serving sachet provides 250 calories, 320mg sodium and 1900mg amino acids and mixes with approximately 620ml of water.

Carbohydrate comes from maltodextrin and fructose, while the formula also provides sodium, potassium, BCAAs, taurine and beta-alanine. Grape is caffeine-free, allowing caffeine intake to be managed separately if required. Caffeinated alternatives include Lemon Berry, Tropical Fruit and Summit Tea.
