GU Hydration Drink Tabs are effervescent electrolyte tablets for adding sodium and potassium to water. Electrolytes are lost in sweat, particularly sodium, and replacing them during prolonged exercise helps maintain fluid balance and normal muscle and nerve function. Drop one tablet into approximately 473ml of water, allow it to dissolve, and you have a light-tasting Tri-Berry electrolyte drink with 10 calories.

The tube format is compact and straightforward to carry, with no powder to measure or scoop. Individual tablets make it easy to mix another bottle or flask when refilling during a long run or race. Tri-Berry contains no caffeine.
