Recovery Mix combines carbohydrate, complete plant protein and electrolytes for use after exercise. It is a different product from Tailwind Endurance Fuel, which combines carbohydrate and electrolytes for use during running.

Mix one sachet with 475ml of water after training or racing. For an ultra, carrying a sachet in a finish or drop bag makes it straightforward to prepare a recovery drink after finishing, while you start eating normally when ready.
