GU Energy Waffle: Salty's Caramel

150 kcal · Caffeine-free · Sweet & salty

The GU Salty's Caramel Energy Waffle is a thin, individually wrapped waffle with a sweet caramel syrup layer between two wafers and a touch of sea salt. Its flat, square shape makes it compact and easy to carry in a race vest or waist belt pocket.

Each waffle provides 150 calories in a single portion, offering a solid-food option with a different texture from gels and chews. Salty's Caramel is caffeine-free and combines a buttery caramel flavour with a salty finish. Also available in Salted Chocolate, Wild Berries and caffeinated Coffee Caramel.
