Salted Caramel has a sweet, rich caramel flavour balanced by a salty edge and contains 20mg caffeine. Its 125mg sodium content is higher than most Original GU Energy Gel flavours.

Caffeine-free: Raspberry Lemonade, Lemon Sublime, Strawberry Banana and Campfire S'mores.
20mg caffeine: Chocolate Outrage, Vanilla Bean, Mandarin Orange, Tri Berry and Salted Watermelon.

It tastes like a rich buttery caramel but if you look, it is a clear gel which is off putting because your brain doesn't connect the taste with it.
