Check that your running vest or pack is designed to accept a 2 litre reservoir and has suitable internal reservoir storage and a hanger or attachment point.

The Shape-Shift baffle is particularly useful where keeping the reservoir flatter against the back is more important than carrying the full 2 litres. With the baffle connected, capacity reduces to 1.5 litres while the controlled shape helps limit bulging and movement.
