The adventure vest 3.0 is a great product. I am a 192, 100kg guy and the L version is big enough. When I am wearing a tshirt and the vest is empty, I could even go for a smaller version. But since the vest has a lot flexibility to adjust the size, it still fits well. I love the burrito package in the front, here you have a lot flexibility to rather fill with another 500ml soft flask or what ever kind of equipment. The only thing I need to get used to is the sound of the material. But I guess this is normal on these light weight materials!
I would definitely buy it again!
