AK Race Vest September 3, 2013 Reviewer: Cob from Bournemouth, Dorset United Kingdom   Very lightweight and well constructed, this should be the perfect race vest for many runners. For the style of running that I do, up to marathon distance, this suits very well, although there are niggles. Firstly, it has taken some time to get the fit right and my first long run resulted in friction burns on my neck. Solved this and fit now good but does need ongoing adjustment. I still need to wear a gel belt to fit the number of gels I need as pockets not really big enough, but does depend on the gels. Back pockets inaccessible without taking the vest off. Supplied bottles too big for me & I replaced with smaller Ultr-Aspire ones. All that said, it suits me and I am now very happy with it & expect over time will come to absolutely love it. Great vest, hard bottles August 5, 2013 Reviewer: Robin from Västerås, Västmanland Sweden   The vest is very comfortable and stable but the bottles was to hard on my ribs and I couldn't stand the constant splashing of the water (great bottles otherwise, thought) so I use a reservoir instead. really nice design May 16, 2013 Reviewer: Boris from huntingdon, cambridgeshire United Kingdom   I'm relatively new to distance running. This is well designed and very light. The bottles have a funky nozzle, which I soon got used to. Ideal for 13 to 26 miles in dry conditions, if you're going to get wet pack a dry bag.
