3 of 5 Hoka Speed goat 2 July 14, 2018
Reviewer: Russell Berg from Isleworth middx, MIDDLESEX United Kingdom
I changed these for Stinson 4s as they were very  a tight fit in the toe /front foot area in 11.5 or even a 12 UK size .The Stinsons are great .Have bought a pair before along with Bondi 5s also excellent. However  I find the Bondis suit me better for everyday walking etc  , while the Stinsons are more a runner /gym shoe as have a more flexible sole .Ultramarathon customer service is always excellent .

5 of 5 Happy hokas July 10, 2018
Reviewer: Adam Mcelroy from Wishaw, North lanarkshire United Kingdom
Shoes delivered next day as requested.
Couldn't be happier with them. Wore them on a run over Ben Nevis the day after getting them. They're great  on the trails and over rough ground, especially the downhills.
Love how much grip and traction they give you.
Would highly recommend.

2 of 5 Speedgoat 2’s June 16, 2018

Unfortunately after running 13 miles in these shoes I found them to be to narrow and no longer use them. If you have narrow feet I’m sure they will be fine. Excellent service from Ultramarathon running store.

4 of 5 Hard wide trails, not narrow soft paths June 3, 2018
Reviewer: blue_swede from Partille, Vastra Gotaland Sweden
Intended use is hard trails, I know. Used on narrow paths with lots of rocks, roots, and ups and downs, the sole is too wide for a steady run. On harder ground, as expected, great damping.

5 of 5 Speedy!! May 18, 2018
Reviewer: Steve Horncastle from Market Weighton, East Yorkshire United Kingdom
I've often heard people talking about how their new shoes had made them quicker but until now I just put it down to them getting excited about having new shoes.  These Speedgoat 2's however...well, I used them for the first time last night and knocked off over 20 seconds per mile over a 5 mile route. Yes, I did feel I'd pushed myself more than usual but not to that extent.  The shoes are also very comfortable, I bought a pair half a size larger than normal as recommended in previous reviews and they fit fine. My only criticism - and this is true for all running shoes - is that the laces are far too short. I like to use retaining loops but it's always impossible with the laces provided.

5 of 5 Now it is perfection April 17, 2018
Reviewer: Dean from Haslmere
This is my 4th pair of Speedgoat 2, and they have slightly adjusted the overlay around the toe box so it doesn’t split after 80+ miles.
I ran the South Downs Way 50 in these straight out of the box, no issues. No sign of wear in the toe area.
They have perfected the shoe in my opinion.

5 of 5 bouncy clouds February 9, 2018
Reviewer: Mike White from BRISTOL, Bristol United Kingdom
Love these. I've been running for ages now, starting x-country at county level 25 years ago. I've tried lots of different types of shoe since then, including an attempt to go 'minimalist' a couple of years back, for which my knees and toe joints are still yet to forgive me. Then someone told me about Hokas, so I gave these a punt. And wow. Just wow. So comfortable. The most luxurious underfoot cushioning I've ever known. But somehow, despite running on giant marshmallow midsoles, my average pace has gone up. My knees complain less. The big trail lugs on the outsole cope well with muddy trails, but there's enough squidge to put in long miles on the tarmac too. Since my runs are mostly a bit of both (on & off-road) I need a shoe that's equally at home on a squelchy bridle path as it is on city streets. The Speedgoat2 seems to be that shoe. Love it. NB - sizing came up a little small; I exchanged my initial order for a half-size up and now they're perfect.

5 of 5 Great Shoes February 5, 2018
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Cranleigh, Surrey United Kingdom
I moved to these from ATR2s after getting fed up of holes appearing in the uppers so quickly.  So far the speedgoats seem more durable as well as having better grip and being, in my opinion, more comfortable over longer distances.  Would definitely recommend.
