Excellent service, excellent vest! July 12, 2024 Reviewer: Stephen Farrugia from Malta   First of all, the service from the Ultramarathon running store was excellent. They sent the package quickly, and it was nicely packed when delivered. Note that you might need to pay taxes if you are not living in the UK. I bought the vest to fill the void I have in my running vest collection. Mainly, I need it for shorter efforts, max 1.5 hours (summer time). I like the fit; it is not as comfortable and snug as a Salomon ADV Skin, but you do not feel it once you start running. Storage capacity is excellent for short to medium length runs (depends on perspective - my long runs are 3-6 hours, medium 2 to 3 hours, and short 1 to 2hr). It comes with a half-litre bottle, which sits nicely at the bottom of the back, a top pocket on the back that fits a large smartphone or a small jacket, and some small pockets on the front to carry essentials. So far, I am pretty pleased and recommend this vest to others. Was this review helpful to you?

Light-weight race vest August 13, 2023 Reviewer: Aidan from FIFE United Kingdom   Supremely stable and light vest with the water sitting at the back. I have no issues with accessing the bottle moving fast. Given I'm 6ft tall and have average shoulder mobility should fit a wide range of body types. Phone pocket has no issue with an iphone 12.  Took off one star as the straps around the side can be a little constrictive compared to the Salomon vests. Noting also it's more stable as the front pockets gets filled up. Was this review helpful to you?

Minimalist July 25, 2023 Reviewer: Adrian Villagomez from Mikado, MI United States   Highly recommended for half-marathons, workable for full marathons or ultras with aid stations. Very lightweight and cool. You'll need some flexibility in your arms and shoulders to reach the bottle, which I didn't have a problem with (I'm a man with a chest width of about 56cm). Lightweight vest April 24, 2023 Reviewer: David Evans from Bristol, Bristol United Kingdom   A very versatile lightweight vest for those who prefer one water bottle rather than soft flasks. Having at the back means that the weight distribution feels more balanced. It has well thought out front pockets for gels, phone, etc. I bought this for the London marathon and it was really comfortable and barely noticeable to wear. Despite being relatively minimalist, there is still a surprising amount of space to carry stuff and it is now my go-to running vest for training runs. UltrAspire always have well-designed and thoughtful products, this is no exception. The zips, fastenings and pockets are all easy to access, which is important if hands are wet or cold, etc. Was this review helpful to you?

SVP50 August 21, 2021 Reviewer: Anne Harvey from Ipswich, Suffolk United Kingdom   Recently wore this vest for the Stour Valley Path 50K . It was hot and hilly but the vest was light and comfy and carried all I needed.  I would definitely recommend this vest to other women. At 5ft 1inch I've struggled to find a vest that's sufficiently small and light but can carry all equipment for an ultra. It proves a perfect fit! Was this review helpful to you?
