Good warm weather socks September 22, 2018 Reviewer: morten oseberg from Tonsberg, vestfold Norway   Hard to find Drymax socks in europe. Most used sock in Western States 100 and among great US trailrunning athletes got me eager to try this brand. Keeps your feet dry impressively, but not noticeably better than Injinji or darn tough if you ask me. Maybe best as warm weather no show socks. Was this review helpful to you?

Thin to ensure less water retention September 12, 2016 Reviewer: James Beattie from Falkirk, Stirlingshire United Kingdom   I chose to wear these on a hill race where I knew my foot would get completely soaked. My logic was that they would be better than the Drymax Lite Trail sock which would hold moisture and weight on account of them being thicker. The trade-off was loosing the padding. Although I can't compare I think I may have been better using the trail sock and accepting the extra weight but gaining the padding. My feet suffered hotspots and soreness due to the lack of padding and probably exacerbated by the sock being soaked. Not sure how well the sock dried compared to others after the soaking but I think these are probably better thought of as preventing wetness from sweating as opposed to being used on really wet occasions. Again, they can't have been helped by my spongelike Solomon Fellraisers which seem very good at retaining water! Was this review helpful to you?
