The GU Coffee Caramel Energy Waffle is a thin, individually wrapped waffle with a coffee and caramel syrup layer between two wafers. Its flat, square shape makes it compact and easy to carry in a race vest or waist belt pocket.

Each waffle provides 150 calories in a single portion, offering a solid-food option with a different texture from gels and chews. Coffee Caramel contains 20mg of caffeine and combines a bold coffee flavour with sweet caramel. Also available in Salty's Caramel, Salted Chocolate and Wild Berries.

tried this as a rescue to regain some strenght after a 2000m climb in TDS  last week. tasted like old coffee. Made my stomac very upset. Not my taste, for sure.
