GU Blueberry Pomegranate Energy Chews provide 180 calories across 16 small chews, allowing carbohydrate to be eaten in smaller increments than larger energy chews. The packet contains two 8-chew servings, so you can vary how much you eat at a time rather than treating the packet as a single portion.

The carbohydrate comes from maltodextrin and fructose, with 40mg of sodium and 400mg of amino acids per serving. Blueberry Pomegranate is caffeine-free, with a sweet, fruity berry flavour. Also available in Salted Lime, Orange, Watermelon, Lemonade and caffeinated Strawberry.
