When this arrived, I was a little bit sceptical that I would get everything in it that I need to take for a long training run. However, I've done several ultra-distance training runs with it now, as well as several shorter runs (because the pack's so incredibly light I've even used it during speed training sessions to carry phone, coconut water and suchlike) and I've been amazed to find that I can fill a 2-litre bladder and carry it in the backpack, plus two full soft bottles, and still have room for phone, snacks, an extra layer, emergency details, travel card and money, etc, etc.
Incredibly well-designed, extremely light, and fits more like clothing than any other running pack I've tried - and I've tried several that I do very much like.
I'm 5'1" tall and weigh 108lbs and got the xs/s size, which is fine. Plenty of room to extend the straps to go over extra layers, but tightens to fit very snugly over a single vest, even when the pack is empty.
Highly recommended!
