2Toms BlisterShield Single-Use Sachet provides the same waterproof, moisture-repelling blister prevention powder as the full-size BlisterShield in a compact individual format that can be carried during longer runs and ultras.

BlisterShield reduces friction and repels moisture inside running socks, helping to keep feet dry where prolonged movement, perspiration or wet conditions contribute to blister and hot-spot problems. The talc-free powder is designed not to clump or turn into a paste when wet.

The single-use sachet is particularly useful for foot care during an event, allowing fresh BlisterShield to be carried in a race vest, waist belt or clothing pocket rather than relying on access to a drop bag or checkpoint.

How to apply

Start with clean, thoroughly dry feet. Open the sachet and apply BlisterShield inside the sock, distributing the powder evenly before putting the sock on.

Additional powder can be applied around known problem areas where extra protection is required.

BlisterShield is intended for blister prevention on healthy, intact skin. Do not use it to treat an existing blister or open wound.
