Start with clean, thoroughly dry feet. Add approximately one level teaspoon of BlisterShield to each sock and shake the sock to distribute the powder evenly before putting it on.

Additional powder can be applied directly around known problem areas where extra protection is required.

BlisterShield is intended for blister prevention on healthy, intact skin. Do not use it to treat an existing blister or open wound.
