Salomon Waist Belt: Advanced Skin 3 Belt Set

Designed with athletes for long, intense races, this super light waist belt is form fitting to eliminate bouncing and twisting, but big enough to carry a layer, snacks, even extra hydration. Including 1x 16oz. (500mL) soft flask.

- Breathable 3D stretch mesh material for comfort/moisture management

Very comfortable and plenty of storage options with no wobbling on the move (other than myself).  Stretchy pocket at the back large enough for my rain jacket, but too high up the back to use without taking the pack off.

I ordered this to use when running the london marathon.

The product was exactly as discribed.
The pockets at the front and rear although do not have a zip are stretchy enough to hold additional food stuffs - and the larger pockets are great with the soft flasks.

I used this with two 500ml soft flasks (front and back) and had no problems.

I would however suggest prior to your event that you go for a practice run with only 1 soft flask (full) in the back pocket - You can then tell if you need to tighten the belt up as the rear flask will bounce up and down if not tight enough.

Overal superb product

A good waist belt. Hardly know I am wearing it but does loosen a bit when running and seems difficult to tighten when wearing.

Used it just once in an Ultra race. Expensive for a belt but extremely comfortable to wear and very light.Just about had the capacity to carry all the mandatory items plus drink and basic nutrition, but only just. Belt had a tendency to slip so needed re-tightening but that might have been down to me and the way I had the loose ends of the tensioners. Think I will have it sorted better next time but others using it should experiment first before committing to a race. I had some problems with the fastening of the belt but mainly because I have lost the tip of my thumb to frostbite, I think with a normal thumb it would be fine.
