5 of 5 Everything and the kitchen sink July 4, 2013

I was surprised by just how much I could fit in this bag: running trousers, waterproof jacket, light jacket, t-shirt, base layer, socks, headlamp, spare water bottle as well as gels, cliff bars etc.
The sloshing is quite noticeable but after a few miles you barely notice it and if you are wearing headphones you cant even hear it.

Like others the sizing was is a little off, I am a "40 chest but a medium was perfect

Haven't tried it with a bladder yet but I think if the bag is full it will be fine otherwise it may move around as it only has bungee cords to keep it in place

The side pockets are also awkward to get to whilst running, however the pockets up front give you plenty of space for gels etc

5 of 5 Ultimate direction SJ ULTRA Vest June 6, 2013

Great for long runs,  very light, make sure you get right size, there is a difference when running in winter and summer because you've  got less clothes on, but  I've found it very good

4 of 5 SJ Ultra vest review June 5, 2013

It worked well over 30 miles on Cornish coastal path in
unexpected heat. Light, comfortable , good compression. Didn't get used to the bottles therefore swopped them.

4 of 5 SJ Ultra vest May 2, 2013
Reviewer: Jonathan Fitchett from Faversham, Kent United Kingdom
This is an excellent product, make no mistake. However, I had my suspicions about sizing from the outset but went with the official guide,  making me a Large (40" chest). Once the item arrived, it was, as I had guessed, far too roomy, and needed to be exchanged. I think this info needs to be rectified somewhere along the line - probably more at the US nmaufacturer than anywhere else

5 of 5 Ultra vest April 30, 2013
Reviewer: Cat from Sandy, Befordshire United Kingdom
I rang the Ultramarathon Store before making my purchase and they were very helpful. I needed the vest quickly and it arrived next working day.
I have only just started using the vest on runs and so far so good. The bottles are a bit large for me - they rub against my arm. I intend to replace them with smaller containers. The vest is very light, which was one of my main requirements.

4 of 5 almost perfect... March 16, 2013
Reviewer: phil from harrogate, north yorkshire United Kingdom
Great fit, no bounce, will accommodate just enough gear (waterproof jacket, waterproof trousers, spare top, spare socks, gloves, hat, torch, emergency blanket, phone, money, keys, food, water) for several hours out in the British hills.  I'd highly recommend, but access to main compartment is a little too narrow and I find it difficult to remember which of the two zips on the back is which.  Also note the sizing recommendations aren't accurate.  I'm 5'8" with 38" chest and the medium is perfect - a large would be too much too loose.
