5 of 5 Same as always Tuesday, September 2, 2014
Reviewer: Yorgos from Greece
This is my go to nutrition. I rotate between these and the vanilla ones in my runs (caffeine and no caffeine) respectively. Taste is as good as a gel can get - no discomfort whatsoever.

1 of 5 Not for me Monday, February 3, 2014
Reviewer: Matthew Sleightholme from Reading, Berks United Kingdom
For me, the consistency of it made me gag albeit flavour not too bad. Had no problems on the run itself.
