GU Roctane Energy Gel Chocolate Coconut provides 21g of carbohydrate and 100 calories in a compact, smooth gel. Its Roctane formulation provides 125mg sodium and 1,425mg amino acids, both higher than Original GU Energy Gel.

Chocolate Coconut combines toasted coconut with a rich dark chocolate flavour and contains 35mg caffeine.
