The Body Bottle III 500 is a fully collapsible soft flask. It shrinks as you drink, reducing bulk and helping limit fluid movement, and packs down very small when empty.

The adjustable strap and flexible flask allow several hand positions rather than forcing the bottle into one fixed grip. Adjust the strap so the flask remains stable without unnecessary pressure across the hand.

The crossed bungees secure the flask to the handheld while allowing it to be removed for refilling. The 0.2L zipped pocket provides additional on-hand storage for nutrition, keys or other small essentials.
