Salted Watermelon combines a salty opening with a sweet, juicy watermelon flavour and contains 20mg caffeine. Its 125mg sodium content is higher than most Original GU Energy Gel flavours.

I liked the fresh taste of watermelon and the gels as usual didn't upset my stomach (which is saying alot). Gave me a great boost on the uphill section of a recent long run too.
