HOW WILL THE ADDED AMINO ACIDS AND ELECTROLYTES IN GU ROCTANE GELS HELP ME?
Roctane contains more sodium than the original GU Energy Gel. Sodium is the main electrolyte lost in sweat, and supplementation with sodium can help prevent cramping as well as minimize the chances of hyponatremia (low blood sodium from drinking too much plain water). HOW DO I USE IT?
