GU Roctane Energy Gel Cold Brew Coffee provides 21g of carbohydrate and 100 calories in a compact, smooth gel. Its Roctane formulation provides 125mg sodium and 1,425mg amino acids, both higher than Original GU Energy Gel.

Cold Brew Coffee has a smooth coffee flavour with a slightly bitter edge and contains 70mg caffeine, double the 35mg found in most caffeinated Roctane flavours.

For the same Roctane formulation with different flavours, sodium and caffeine levels, choose Cherry Lime, Strawberry Kiwi, Vanilla Orange, Blueberry Pomegranate, Lemonade, Sea Salt Chocolate, Chocolate Coconut or Salted Lime.
