GU Roctane Energy Gel Blueberry Pomegranate provides 21g of carbohydrate and 100 calories in a compact, smooth gel. Its Roctane formulation provides 125mg sodium and 1,425mg amino acids, both higher than Original GU Energy Gel.

Blueberry Pomegranate combines sweet, fruity blueberry and pomegranate flavours and contains 35mg caffeine.

For the same Roctane formulation with different flavours, sodium and caffeine levels, choose Cherry Lime, Cold Brew Coffee, Strawberry Kiwi, Vanilla Orange, Lemonade, Sea Salt Chocolate, Chocolate Coconut or Salted Lime.

My order stated 1-2 days working days for 1st class delivery.  It actually arrived  10 days after I placed the order by which time I had travelled to Chicago, sourced some alternative energy gels, ran the marathon and returned home to the UK.

I like the effect of the Roctane, I believe it works. I don´t like the taste, it´s not a favorite of mine.

The taste is a bit strong and has hint of caffein like almost all caffeinated products. Otherwise the thick viscosity was a bit surprising to me first but I really like it since there is no risk of spilling half the gel all over yourself. It can be a bit hard to get everything out of the package though.

The taste is quite strong, combine with the caffeine it might be too much.
But all depends about the stomach, for me the best are the GU chocolate and mint, no coffee.
