Jet Blackberry has a ripe blackberry flavour with plenty of sweetness and a slightly tart edge. It contains 40mg caffeine, making it one of GU's higher-caffeine Original Energy Gel flavours.

I have tried many energy gels over the years but none come close to the positive result when using GU energy gels, this is the first time i have used GU and will be using this brand on my next challange.

I've had bad experiences in the past with gels, they usually come back up a little while later, however these caused me no issues.
Better get my next order in, I'll be needing some gas this weekend!!
