I'm using this whilst training for a marathon, however due to frustrating setbacks the furthest run has been 10 miles.
I wanted something that my phone would fit in without having to remove the case (iPhone 6S, survivor case 95 x 175x 18mm) & that I could drink from without stopping (unlike my waist belt where I just couldn't get the bottles back in without stopping).
The phone fits nicely in the zipped hip pocket (nice & secure) & I've developed a technique of drinking from the soft flasks without removing them or slowing down.
But this vest is so much more than that. The various pocket/pouches swallow much more than you'd think, but the best thing is the fit. This hugs you like a T'shirt, doesn't move at all whilst running & doesn't chaff or rub.
Be warned though it has no waterproofing quality, so if like me you sweat a lot, you will need to bag everything you don't want getting wet (this can be embarrassing when you're carrying a change of clothes, you've been warned).
