Small fit. September 20, 2016 Reviewer: sarah Ward from Romford, Essex England   I am a female size 42/8 Uk. My preference for running shoe is a mans size 9 which gives my feet enough room for running. The Clayton seemed to come up small for a UK9. I did opt for the 9.5 rather than the 9 although there feels like there maybe too much room. Was this review helpful to you?

Hoka Clayton. September 12, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Westmeath, Republic of Ireland   These are without doubt the best fitting Hoka's yet. After a 10 mile trial I was confident enough to wear them for a marathon. I have since completed 2 more marathons,3 half's and approximately 100 training miles with no problems. So far I cant see any obvious signs of wear so I can't forsee any durability issues either.The clayton has just replaced the huaka as my favourite shoe. I also have to say that the service I received from The ultra marathon running store has been excellent. Ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and received on Friday morning in Ireland.From my first enquiry to delivery my experience has been nothing but positive. Was this review helpful to you?

Better than the Clifton 2 but not Clifton 1 September 11, 2016 Reviewer: Johan Meintjies from Boness, Falkirk United Kingdom   Shoes arrived earlier than expected. Done about 100 miles in them and compared to the Clifton 2 the forefoot has more room, the tongue is not as bulky and think the sole will last longer. Shoe is light and fits comfy and also more air flow I think. Only gripe is a very tight spot on right side just behind my small toe. Think it will cause blister and issues when doing long run. Otherwise think this will be my shoe of choice if they don't bring back the Clifton 1. Was this review helpful to you?
