Been trying a few methods for fuelling out and came across this being recommended. I don't have much trouble generally but for my long runs I was looking for something more consistent and readily active but not overloaded with gels. This has so far proved good for me, easy to use and clean from the bladder, on the trail it certainly provides energy and released steadily. Will be my primary fuel for long runs. Knocked 1 star off as I'm still testing although no problems so far.
