Frustrated so far… July 1, 2026 Reviewer: Graham from North West England   I’m disappointed in truth. The pack rubs the base of my back and I’ve tried quite a few adjustments to alleviate this, to no avail yet. Final option to be tested this weekend is to remove the padded back support and insert a padded lumbar bar at the base to spread the contact points evenly. My other issues are that the chest pockets aren’t as good as those on the Montane Gecko VP20, the central stitch rows limit their potential.  Also the zipped front pockets don’t fit my iPhone, aren’t really elasticated so are not as accommodating as I’d hoped. I’m going to preserver with it, see if I can make it work for me, but it’s not been as good a purchase as I’d hoped. On a bright note, the service from Ultramarathonrunnigstore.com was great, pack arrived ahead of schedule! Was this review helpful to you?

I ordered both 20 and 30l versions to compare July 22, 2025 Reviewer: Philip Carpenter from Reading, Berkshire United Kingdom   Keith chatted with me about where the extra volume  came from and knew I ordered both with clear intention to return the least suitable. The 20 seemed to sit better on my lower back so that's the one I kept. It served me very well this weekend on back2back 50km runs. Great pack.
