How did I ever do without this? February 2, 2018 Reviewer: Karolyne Dunn from Brightwater, Nelson New Zealand   Amazing how a little straw can make such a huge difference to a long run! I bought these thinking I would finally be able to drink without the struggle of taking out and more importantly putting back the flasks in my running vest on the fly. What a revelation! Just dip my head down and sip...without even breaking stride. A must for anyone running long! Was this review helpful to you?

Better, but still not perfect May 29, 2017 Reviewer: Geraint Lee from London, London United Kingdom   I have the 2016 SLab vest and this works better than the old bottles for drinking on the run, but the straw is still about 5cm too short and means you have to really lean down to use, unless you want to take the bottles out of the pockets. A small but effective upgrade to the new flasks May 22, 2017 Reviewer: Stewart Liesnham from ROMSEY, Hampshire United Kingdom   These are a small things I guess as the flasks work well either way but it saves having to dip your head down too much to drink from the bottles. A little bit tricky trimming these down to fit but it can be done with a bit of washing up liquid and some effort (you have to take the bit valve off and refit it after cutting the straws down to size) Was this review helpful to you?

so far geeat May 9, 2017 Reviewer: R.Justin Apsley from Milwaukie, OR United States   still building base miles so I'm not putting big hours/miles on stuff yet. that said the new 2017 slab vest is great but the bottles it comes with are not. the fast 500 bottles have a firmer bottom that goes in easier after fill and these straw caps allow for drinking without removing from pockets. i do wonder about a late stage stiff neck and how these will work.
