They're GUreat! February 7, 2013 Reviewer: Sam Robson from St Ives, Cambs United Kingdom   GU are my gel of choice for racing as they are less sticky than other gels in my experience. They are a little more viscous which takes a little getting used to, but they work perfectly for me. The strawberry banana flavour is my favourite and is very easy to eat as it is not too sickly like some of the other flavours. Was this review helpful to you?
