They're GUreat! February 7, 2013 Reviewer: Sam Robson from St Ives, Cambs United Kingdom   GU are my gel of choice for racing as they are less sticky than other gels in my experience. They are a little more viscous which takes a little getting used to, but they work perfectly for me. The chocolate flavour is a little sickly so I tend to save them for later in the race when the caffeine kick is really needed. Was this review helpful to you?
