I returned the item to the store and they promptly refunded me the cost of the item. Very happy with the speed the item was sent originally and with the way that the return was handled. Toggle defect October 5, 2019 Reviewer: Toggle fixer from London, London United Kingdom   Toggles broke within 3 seconds, literally. Rather than go through the rigmarole of getting a replacement and the same thing happening again, I replaced them myself. I bought the pack knowing I would likely have to change the toggles. This is a well known issue, most online reviews highlight the toggle defect, but neither Salomon or The Ultra Marathon Running Store warn customers of it. Of course they don’t, why would they? I kept it and made the alterations because it is otherwise one of the best out there. If Salomon or a seller tells you they were unaware of the defect, or that no one else has raised it as an issue, don’t believe them. Was this review helpful to you?

Great product! September 30, 2019 Reviewer: Stephen from Liverpool   I used mine for first time yesterday in a race on Snowden.  Mandatory kit list was bulky but not a problem for this vest.  Comfort and accessibility spot on.  Would recommend it to anyone. Reliable and honest August 22, 2019 Reviewer: Mark Greenleaf from Colchester, England United Kingdom   Before ordering my Salomon 12l ADV skin vest I had a number of questions about the reliability of the product, typically voiced on various YouTube reviews. Keith gave me his honest opinion, even telling me which colour which had been sent back to him. In one of my emails I suggested I wanted the black, he advised me against it due to issues which had arisen in that product. Although I was still torn I took heed and purchased the yellow, so glad I did as I am over the moon now with my choice. There was no need for Keith to advise me in this way, he could have just sold me the black and said nothing of the issues which he has also In countered. Salomon ADV SKIN 12 SET 2019 Backpack July 8, 2019 Reviewer: David Allen from West Mersea, Colchester United Kingdom   Purchased the Saloman Backpack but wasn't sure of size so ordered two and sent back the one the didn't fit. Great response from seller June 22, 2019 Reviewer: Hafierul Hafiz Md Razi from WANGSA MAJU, KUALA LUMPUR Malaysia   Its already famously good product however there is some complaint from others buyer that chose black color from other seller and commented theres some quality issue for 2019 version.. i personally choose poisedon color to avoid this issue.
