The long run November 10, 2013 Reviewer: Stefan Isaksson from Jönköping, J�nk�ping Sweden   I´ve used them mainly for the long run and i feel less sour in my legs and I'm feelin much fresher day after my long runs(ususally 2-3 hours long) and therefor can do better workouts the following days. Maximized cushioning. November 3, 2013 Reviewer: John Puig from Barcelona, Barcelona Spain   I´m 54 and I have been misbehaving: Eating too much. So, if I would lose some 15 pounds, I would be back at my prime. I intend to do so.   But, "maximal shoes" (as opposed to "Minimal shoes" are going to reduce impact and protect my knees from injury, before and after I lose those extra pounds. I have suffered from patella tendonitis ("aka "Runners´Knee")and I hope to be able to train harder and more often with these Hoka shoes, while keeping away the injury. I can´t make a proper review of these shoes before using them for a few months. But, after a few rides, I can say they perform good and are particularly good in downhill.
