It works August 6, 2017 Reviewer: Roy Jones from Cheltenham, Glos United Kingdom   Used this for the first time for a 24 hour ultra. I ran 74 miles, changing shoes and socks once, I applied a small amount of the powder by hand all over my feet rather than shaking it into the socks. Not one blister! Was this review helpful to you?

Don't use with Drymax! September 12, 2016 Reviewer: James Beattie from Falkirk, Stirlingshire United Kingdom   Made the mistake of buying this along with drymax socks which specifically tell you not to use such products. Seems good September 7, 2016 Reviewer: Dan from Shepperton, Surrey, United Kingdom   Ran 33 miles in dry conditions and go no blisters, then the next day about 45 miles in very very wet conditions - I did get some blisters then, but not terrible. It's hard to see how any product could avoid blisters when running for long periods in soaked shoes and socks. I'm quite impressed with this stuff. For a proper test I should've applied it to only one foot! Was this review helpful to you?
