Inov-8 Race Gloves |

I've been a fan of Inov-8 for several years, using and abusing their footwear through a range of activities, trail running and long distance mountain walking, but hadn't realised they had a glove in the armoury. I needed a new light pair of gloves for an upcoming two, 350km backpacking trip, so time to try something new, especially as the write up suggests they may be waterproof...maybe! Fit is good, i bought a large, perhaps a medium may have been snugger, but we have what we have. So far I haven't found them as warm as I'd perhaps hoped, but I'll stick with them, as I tend to keep warm when I'm walking, especially using poles. They feel nice on, no restrictions and move with your fingers and hands as they move, not far off skin like and stretch when needed. When not worn they pack away into a pocket with minimum fuss. A nice glove for an active wearer, it remains to be seen how they will perform in Scotland.
