Dirty Girl Gaiters : PRETTY IN PINEAPPLE

Prevent foot blisters and hot spots developing by keeping the debris out of your shoes with these simple, effective and ultra lightweight trail running gaiters. Something fun to look at too while you hang your sorry head and shuffle your tired feet.

The soft, comfortable & breathable four-way stretch spandex unisex gaiter hooks under the front shoe lace and secures to the back of the shoe with a self-adhesive velcro strip.

HOW TO WEAR DIRTY GIRL GAITERS?
1. Cut a small section of Velcro (Velcro strip & Instructions included) and adhere it to the back of the shoe. Allow 12 - 24 hours for maximum adhesiveness before wearing the gaiter.
2. Put the gaiter on, and then put on your shoes. Pull the Velcro patch on the back of the gaiter over the Velcro strip on the back of your shoes.
3. Hook the front of the gaiter under the shoe lace.

Got these to prevent grit getting in my trainers for my first 100k ultra. They were fab, they didn’t move and I had no emergency stops to remove debris from my shoe. A friend brought another make and removed them at 5k as they didn’t stay put. Would defiantly recommend.

Really pleased with my recent purchase of Dirty Girl Gaiters. The gaiters are easy to fit and work well to keep grass seeds and dry weather debris out of trail running shoes. On purchase, you're given strips of velcro to stick to the back of your shoes. I heard online that it's best to super glue these which I did. I've worn the gaiters 2 or 3 times on our very dry gritty Spanish mountains and the gaiters work well. Not yet had to wash. No signs of of wear.
